1. How does it work?
Foods Here is a restaurant marketing firm bringing customers and restaurants closer together. When engaging our company to coordinate food delivery, you are hiring the services of a self-employed delivery professional.
Our delivery fee is based on distance. If you are within 3 miles of the restaurant it is $3.95 and if you are between 3 and 5 miles it is $4.25. After that we have two distance fee tiers. Tier 1 is $0.75 for each mile over 5. Tier 2 is $1 for each mile over 10. This distance fee goes to our delivery professionals to help cover gas and wear-and-tear on their vehicles.

2. What if I put in the wrong address?
The distance fee is added automatically by our system using Google Maps. If your address is not entered correctly then you might be overcharged or undercharged. If you believe you entered the wrong address please call us at 979-530-7061 as soon as possible. Orders that are sent to the wrong location might be subject to extra fees to compensate the driver for the extra mileage.
To avoid problems with your address please refrain from using acronyms or shortenings in the street name.

3. How long does it take for delivery?
The average delivery time varies based on volume and time of day. We typically quote between 30-60 minutes for deliveries. We ask that that large orders be placed at least one day in advance. You can schedule a delivery days, weeks, or even months in advance. All multi-restaurant orders have at least a 1 hour quote time.
4.Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed with the restaurant. If you need to cancel or make changes to an advanced order, call 979-530-7061 and a customer service representative will assist you.
5. I have a problem with my order, what should I do?
If there are any problems with your order please call Food's Here first. We will confirm with the restaurant regarding the mistake. We will either coordinate with your self-employed delivery professional to re-deliver the missing/incorrect item, or refund you the amount. If your delivery professional has to re-deliver, you must give the driver the incorrect item. If the incorrect item is not provided, you will be charged for both items.
